We primarily use thermal imaging for moisture detection. This incredibly valuable service is included with each and every inspection. This 2 minute video briefly explains thermal imaging technology and why it's valuable.

This inspection involves a recorded camera inspection of the lateral sewer line that goes from the home to the sewage system or city sewer tap. Deficiencies or blockages in sewer line can be very costly. Keep in mind that you are not only purchasing the home but the sewer line/pipe as well. This is not an inspection of the actual sewage system but we have, on many occasions, found full septic/cesspools with this inspection. We can also locate the septic tank or cesspool during this inspection.

Plumbers typically charge $300-$600 for this inspection.

This 1 minute video explains the mold testing process. We can take air and surface samples from the home and provide a full report. If mold is an issue the lab identifies what types of mold are present and known hazards to human health.

An Energy Audit is extremely valuable when it comes to making your home as energy effecient as possible. Many of our clients can easy justify the price of this valuable service in energy savings. This is the gift that keeps giving (to your wallet)!

Price: $200

It is not uncommon for home's previously used for methane amphetamine production to be fixed up and sold without proper remediation of toxic chemicals previously released in the home. We can test for these chemicals and provide a lab report with results.
